You can never have too many (Make sure you have enough power though, unless you are the Aeon and have constructed a Paragon).
Maybe you could have spent all those resources building an an army or a couple experimentals. Be careful how much you invest in Fire Bases, building them too late is just as bad as building them too early.Firebases can be disposable, so if an enemy army is closing in you can build a few cheap firebases that will most likely get destroyed, but it will buy you time to finish that 90 percent of that Spiderbot.Remember that firebases always have a weakness, like an experimental, T3 naval, nukes or a falling CZAR.Putting an experimental in your firebase (like a Galactic Colossus, Fatboy, Monkeylord or Megalith) can make it nearly impossible to destroy.Fire Bases can be used to defend against all types of attack.Placing firebases next to mass points is also important as it can deny the enemy from claiming it and guarantee a source of mass for you later on.Location and altitude are important, the higher up the better so as to prevent artillery from hitting hills.( A Monkeylord can punch through almost any defense, even if they are destroyed in the process.) Normally experimentals are the biggest threats to your fire base or bases.Mix T1 and T2 point defense(also T3 if UEF).Place walls around your base to prevent units from running through the shields.Cybrans have the advantage when building a fire base because of their cheap shields, excellent area of effect T2 artillery and quick to build T2 point defense.Sorry for my english & thanks all, who like my play style & my replays.In order to build a useful and hard to destroy fire base here are some helpful tips. I 27 years old & My fammily & my business - this more important in life & i end play in KW. Now i want go to top 32 playoffs without point pushing & i want to back respect to me. I did fault with my point pushing & more bad peoples always say this in chats & forums & ingame messages. I back to play for T-59 soon, but after second ladder season i go out from KW & online. Now i rest & play in spam game too with little surprises with static or desintegrators or ravagers & more.
I tired always use skill to stop imba noobs. I just hate spammers & play now for easy countering imba spam by r-17 or vscrin or nod beam spam. Second reason: i have bad times now in my life - this my personal problems - but this bad feeling for my skill & i lose more matches.Īfter end of second qualification round i back to play for T-59 only with new strategyes & without personal problems & you see more new tactics by me & new replays. I play automatches vs all players & i choise vscrin, because with t-59 this games will be very long, and with vscrin i dont go to tier 3 & with mix devourers + gunwalkers crush all opponents.
I just want now back in top 10 for qualifying to ladder playoff.
